But why design? According to Greek philosopher Diogenes, all you really need for drinking is your cupped hand. Yet everybody knows how different hands can be! And that is what we are interested in: Your individuality. Modern design, giving something an individual distinction that goes way beyond the actual function called for – that is the hallmark of our brand. “I get my best ideas in the kitchen,” says designer Barbara Schmidt.
